Appartement très agréable, propre et bien équipé, climatisé, bien situé, à proximité des bus et du métro. Donne sur une grosse artère de Barcelone, donc la terrasse est très bruyante. Mais aucun bruit à l'intérieur: on dort au calme. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Très bon séjour à Barcelone. Le prix reste quand même un peu élevé pour les prestations.

Fine apartment, nice terrace as per the description, near local bars & cafes. Short walk from the metro and bus stops to the airport across the road. Only problem was the slight smell of the drains in the bathroom in the evening, but no worse than other european cities I've stayed at.

The accommodation exceeded expectations. The location was a convenient starting point for walking to almost anywhere, as well as being close to both the Metro and longer distance trains. Spacious by European standards, very clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, it was a pleasure to come home to at the end of long, busy days. The very large terrace was fully tiled, furnished, and had a retractable canopy. The view through its charming arches included the city and distant mountains. The smaller bedroom was tiny, but the upper bunk shared the terrace view and was a wonderful nest-like perch from which to enjoy the city lights just before falling asleep. There were a couple of minor issues involving drainage on the terrace after a rain, a water heater that needed frequent re-setting and a vague, unpleasant smell that plagued the bathroom. (Although to be honest, much of Barcelona seemed to have this odor and I was told that rain stressed the old city's plumbing. My young companions barely noticed it.) The attention from our host was kind and considerate. I would rent again in a heat beat. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Toilet stank in the afternoon's... Regarding the noise levels: we had a terrace above traffic street so it is natural that there were a lot of noise. We were suprised nevertheless of how loud it was... The owner was kind even helped us find the nearest food market with really cheap prices.
