The hotel was built in 1970 and last renovated in 2006. It is a pleasant hotel set amongst several acres of parkland with surrounding pine trees providing spacious areas in which to sunbathe.

It is located on the edge of a unique and wonderful hundred-year old nature park called Zlatni Rt-Punta Corrente. It is situated south of Rovinj, near the Park wood Zlatni rt, 200 m from the sea and sport amenities and 1 km distant from the centre.
