Die Waschmaschine und der Backofen funktionierten nicht.Die Personen in der Nachbarwohnung waren so laut,dass man nicht schlafen konn te.Die Terrasse ist auf dem Dach und nicht an der Wohnung angegliedert,so wie die Fotos im Internet zeigen.

Die Lage der Wohnung und die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren für meinen Besuch optimal. Leider war die Heizung/Klimaanlage nicht ausreichend, um ein angenehmes Raumklima zu schaffen. Es war zu kalt in Febr. 08 !

Although the apartment was clean and much as expected from the description, the smell was overbearing towards the end of the 3 day stay. After heading up to the terrace to get away from the smell we noticed that it was up there too so could only have been coming from the sewage vent. It seemed to build up over the day and was very hard to get rid of. Bit of a shame. The hairdryer had an English plug which meant we couldn't use it, I'd cunningly left all electrical devices at home thinking that the hairdryer would be spanish. That was a shame. Location was good, closeish to a tube station, the big cultural market place, the cathedral, the Gothic quarter in general and the harbour area. A noisy street but the bedroom does not have a window onto the street so this doesn;t cause a problem at night. Lots and lots of steps, not recommended for anyone with a heart condition! Kitchen and bathroom both fine, very small shower cubicle. All in all, if it wasn't for the smell, this would have been very pleasant. But my enduring memory is the smell. Lots of places sell incense, might be useful.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und fotografiert. Die zentrale Lage bedingt einen üblichen Geräuschpegel. Empfehlenswert.

Die Lage des Appartments ist perfekt - die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist gut - das einzige Manko der Wohnung ist der sehr strenge Geruch aus dem Badezimmer - wahrscheinlich von der Kanalisation. Trotzdem jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

Appartement situé dans une rue qui sent vraiment mauvais. 70 marches pour accéder à l'appartement plus un étage pour la terrasse. Voisinage bruyant. Situation excellente pour une visite de Barcelone en cours séjour et profiter des principales attractions de la ville

Ho trascorso 20 giorni nel mese di agosto, l'appartamento è ben attrezzato, ottimo per 1-2 persone, ben posizionato, nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi, negozi, mercato e metro. Un peccato che la terrazza sia esterna all'appartamento (si accede attraverso una rampa di scale). I vicini sono forse un po troppo rumorosi. Ottima accoglienza della proprietaria.

La propriétaire est très sympa, l'appart est confortable,bien situé surtout si l'on aime sortir, bouger, un peu de bruit la nuit car les Espagnols vivent essentiellement dehors mais tout à fait acceptable.

Mise à part les nombreuses marches pour acceder à l'appartement. Cette location, de part son emplacement et la gentillesse de ses propriétaires est à recommander chaleureusement.

The apartment owner was so very helpful and available at any time. Really excellent service. The location of the apartment is second to none, we couldn't believe how central it was. Even on New Years Eve when the whole city partied our apartment was nice and quiet - I am a very light sleeper and was really worried about this. Yet we were no more than a 5 minute walk from anything. The apartment itself was small, clean and well furnished- no complaints. Apart from the really awful smell in the bathroom. Nothing got rid of it. By the end of the trip it was begining to get to us.

Sehr enge Treppe in den 4. Stk. Eher für die Sportlichen unter den Urlaubern. Gegend etwas \"entrisch\" aber kein Problem. Dachterasse ist toll. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar

A very nice appartment, it meet our needs, although quite nosiy (to be expected in the city but very nosiy neighbours across the street who played very loud dance music) There was also a strong smell of foul water in the flat at times that was very off putting, particularly when cooking in the kitchen, it was also very strong in the bedroom at night.

Petit appartement très agréable pour un cours ou moyen séjours, bien équipé. Accompagné d'une jolie d'une terrasse sans vis a vis. le logement est bien situé: proche plage et centre ville. De plus vous serez très bien acceuillit et renseigné par la propriétaire.

Excellent location for getting around. Stairs kept us fit! Great way of experiencing the neighbourhood. Local Spar shop was handy. Shower is fine as long as you do a balancing act with a cup under a leaky pipe & the oven didn't seem to work. Overall though we were very happy.

for 2 people an excellent accomodation. For 4 a little bit too small. Terrace on the roof is fantastic. Neighbourhood splendid if you like the genuine small-streets-of-bcn atmosphere. We had to leave real early in the morning (4.15 am) and we had agreed to close the door to the apartment and leave the keys inside. What we didn´t know, was that the outside door was closed for the night. We needed a key to get out, so be advised!

Nicht das billigste aber sehr nett, sauber und empfehlenswert. Die Dachterassse ist über das Treppenhaus eine Etage höher zu erreichen. Macht aber Spass in Ruhe in der Sonne zu frühstücken.

Die Wohnung war soweit Ok, jedoch ließ die Sauberkeit des Fußbodens sehr zu wünschen übrig. Positiv war die Waschmaschine, jedoch wenn noch Waschpulver da gewesen wäre, noch besser. Man fühlt sich etwas veräppelt, wenn gegenüber eine größere Wohnung für weniger Geld zu vermieten war bei gleicher Ausstattung aber von einem anderen Anbieter :-) Im nachhinein war die Wohnung keine 100 € wert pro Tag
