la casa era molto carina e pulita,vicinissima a piazza di spagna e alla metro(comodissima)la persona di contatto molto gentile e disponibile cosi come Angelina e Silvia!!ve la consiglio..

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier vivant tout près de la Place d'Espagne qui nous permet de nous rendre en 2 minutes vers les principles avenues barcelonaises. Seul souci: le stationnement. La municipalité ne fait pas de cadeau aux touristes! Vive la fourrière (diposit) espagnole!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, aber von der Wohnung selbst waren wir enttäuscht. Die Ausstattung, besonders die der Küche ist nicht gut und entspricht auch nicht der Beschreibung (keine Kaffemaschine, nicht mal eine Kaffee- oder Teekanne). Einiges in der Wohnung war defekt (Fernseher, Toilettenspülung). Hell sind auch nur zwei der vier Zimmer. Die anderen beiden sind eher düster.

There was one problem, previos visiters had damaged several items which the owner pointed out to us, but he may have missed one, as the T.V.stand collapsed and the t.v fell onto the foot of a male in our party. Back home his doctor confirmed bad bruising and a possible chipped bone in his foot. If it had been a child ??

Very central accomaodation! Clean and safe and very friendly owner! We can only recommend the appartment!

A twin, a double and a single room. Quiet residential block of apartments. Well situated, close to shops and restaurants. 2 mins from Placa D'Espanya tube station. Luis is very friendly and helpful. He speaks excellent English. I would recommend apartment to anyone!

Un immeuble propre et bien situé et un appartement bien conçu (3 ch bien séparées où les enfts dorment tranquillement)où draps et serviettes sont fournis.

Nice accomodation situated in a splendid location for sightseeing nearby Placa Espana. Luis, the owner of the apartment is a very helpful and nice person (eg. he goes to the extent of providing a manual which contains informative information of places to visit). It was really very nice of him to provide such value added service. On another note, there are two points to comment: 1) It was quite confusing figuring out the apartment's location in the building itself on our arrival as there were two sides (left and right side) having the same floors. However, this was not communicated in the email correspondence sent by oh-barcelona. We didn't realised that and rang the bell on the right side of floor 2, in which we were lucky that the resident of the right side of the apartment opened up the main door access for us when we asked for Luis. However, when we entered the building, we realised we got the wrong unit and were left stranded with passing residents staying in the same building for almost 10 mins trying to figure out why it wasn't that unit(and of course by that time we were were feeling helpless and puzzled since I had called Luis when I touched down airport to confirm that I'll be reaching the apartment soon and understand that he's already in the apartment expecting our arrival). Note that it didn't help the siutation as we couldn't converse in Spanish and likewise the residents couldn't communicate in English. However, am glad that Luis came downstairs after 10 mins to help guide us to the apartment, which we really appreciate. 2) We found it hard to control the shower water temperature (eg. it could be lukewarm at one moment,and scalding hot after a short while). Despite the setbacks encountered on our arrival day, the apartment and the owner was lovely and we'll definitely book it again when we visit Barcelona the next round!

Apartamento agradable y limpio. Esta situado en una buena zona,calle tranquila y silenciosa y con muchos servicios alrededor. La atención de la persona de contacto excelente. Hemos quedado muy contentos de nuestra visita a Barcelona.

ERA LA PRIMERA VEZ QUE RESERVAMOS LA VACACIONES POR INTERNET Y TENIAMOS UN POCO DE MIEDO DE QUE LO OFERTADO, NO SEA DEL TODO CIERTO. FUIMOS RECIBIDO POR EL PROPIETARIOS A LA LLEGADA AL APARTAMENTO EL TRATO FUE CORRECTO Y EL APARTAMENTO ESTABA BIEN.

The flat was bigger than expected and had everything we needed (bar a working kettle!). Luis was lovely and very helpful. We'll definitely use oh-barcelona again to book accomodation!

Ottima posizione (a pochi minuti da metro e stazione ferroviaria). Appartamento discreto, spazioso e silenzioso. Da migliorare la disponibilità di stoviglie, ascigamani, ecc.

The contact person was very helpful, the accomodations were quite adequate, and we enjoyed our stay in Barcelona.

We enjoyed our stay. Two minor comments: 1. We felt the water from the shower was rather lukewarm 2. One set of keys to the front door did not work.
