The apartment was ok (even the small bedrooms) no noise, clean, great location. There was a little inconvenient: the apartment laked ventilation, but I understood that that was the way these buildings were built. Our ontact person (Ester Caldentey) was very pleasant, very thoughtful, and very easy to work with.
The apartment is quite large, part of it being a long corridore. Everything was as described, except that one of the bedrooms is extremely small, so count 3 bedrooms and a stow hosting a bed. Also, only one bedroom has daylight (one has a bizarre window into the lift shaft, which might be fun to somebody :) There are two small balconys. As is probably normal in Spain, the apartment was very cold in March, but that should be no problem later on the season. The kitchen is well-equipped. Being on the cheaper side as compared to other apartments, it was well worthy the money. We found the location very good: near to everything still not right in the tourist soup, and market and subway nearby.
