La zona è fantastica e l\'appartamento è carino anche se le scale iniziali fanno un po\' paura... siamo state molto bene comunque.

Excellent emplacement, peu bruyant, malgré un escalier datant du moyen-age, de 60 cm de large avec une pente à 40% et un lit aussi dur qu'une planche.

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Fotos,sie ist relativ sauber, klein aber nett eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön, und mein Freund und ich haben morgens immer in der Sonne gefrühstückt und abends noch gemütlich den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Lage ist der absolute Wahnsinn, man ist DIREKT im Kern El Bornes, dem Stadtteil, den ich nach 5 Tagen Barcelona immer wieder wählen würde, weil er total gemütlich ist mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Außerdem dauert es ca 5 Minuten zum Hafen. Das Kissenproblem meiner Vorredner kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, Bett und Kissen und alles fanden wir angenehm. Kleine Nachteile: wir fanden, daß die Wohnung einen merkwürdigen Geruch hatte und das Bad wirklich sehr klein war. Außerdem ist sie relativ laut- man ist halt mitten im Herzen Barcelonas mit Hundegebell und Straßengeräuschen (Menschen- und nicht Autogeräusche, da verkehrsberuhigtes Gebiet).Bei uns gab´s zudem noch eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus. Fazit: Wir würden die Wohnung wieder nehmen, da man anders als im Hotel das "echte" Leben mitbekommt, Lage ist perfekt und die Wohnung sehr in Ordnung. Terrasse ein GROßER Pluspunkt!Liebe Grüße

Very nice appartment. Sun terrace gets morning sun. Lively area so some noise at night but fantastic atmosphere. Access up a very narrow spiral staircase so only suitable for people with no mobility problems or pushchairs. Pillows very lumpy and uncomfortable!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, sei es, dass man von dort aus viel zu Fuß erwandern kann, aber auch zur Metro ist es nicht weit. Wir haben die Terrasse sehr genossen und uns in der Wohnung wie auch im Viertel sehr wohl gefühlt. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die eher harte Matratze sowie die enge Zugangstreppe.

L\\'alloggio è molto carino, pulito, nuovo tenuto bene, in posizione centrale, direi davvero un gioiellino. Unico piccolo problema sono le scale a chioccia per accedervi (strettissime e poco praticabili).

Das App. hat eine Traumlage im Altstadtviertel Born. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles war supersauber. Die Treppe zum App. ist eng, für große Koffer ungeeignet. Einzige Parkmöglichkeit ist das teure Parkhaus um die Ecke. Der große Balkon ist klasse!

We stayed for 2 weeks and were very contented with what we got. Exactly like the picture displayed, and spotlessly clean. We also were exempted the refundable security deposit, which was a nice surprise. The location was absolutely superb, we couldn't have been more central, with a shop nearby for neccessities, and tons of bars and restaurants. Everywhere within walking distance. The sun terrace didn't get much sun except early morning, but it was still wonderful to sit out there with some wine and some food, especially as the walls were so high and it was so private. We had everything provided that we could possibly need, and our only quibble were the pillows, which were only one each and terribly lumpy! And the bed, though big, was a futon, which my fiance liked, but I prefer something softer. The one big thing to be aware of however, is the problems with access. Be warned: because of the tiny spiral staircase, only the most able-bodied can get to this apartment in the first place. Anyone with lesser mobility, or even overweight will find it most difficult to manage, though the place is only one level up. But we were very happy here, so 8/10 for us!

The accomadation was lovely, clean and bright just as described with everything we needed. The location was excellant just a few minutes walk to the port and all the main areas. We would definately stay in this apartment again.

Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Man sollte sich nicht von der Eingangstür und dem doch sehr schmalen Treppenaufgang erschrecken lassen.

We really liked this apartment – despite its size it has all you should need and importantly we were pleased to see how clean and tidy it was. The owner was very friendly and helpful and spoke extremely good English. The only down points about it are the amusingly small steps up to it (apparently there is a roof garden at the top but it’s a challenge to get up there!) and the lumpy pillows! But you get used to both and neither should put you off choosing this apartment. It’s location is fantastic, right in the middle of the Born area which we loved – despite the initial look and feel it’s a great area with it’s maze of tiny old streets, cool bars, Picasso museum and designer shops. Plus it’s just an easy five or ten minutes walk to the Jaume 1 metro – from here you can get anywhere in the city in no time for next to nothing. I’m not the best sleeper in the world and even though there is some noise from the streets and cafes into the early hours (especially on weekend nights) it was never a big problem. All in all, we highly recommend this apartment!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man hat einen sehr schönen Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch zum Wasser ist es nicht sehr weit. Einzigst die Lautstärke könnte ein Problem sein, es verläuft zwar keine Verkehrsstraße vorbei, aber die Wänder sind sehr hellhörig.

Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben,klein aber sehr nett eingerichtet. Nur die Matratze war etwas hart und aus der Dusche kam nur ein schwacher Wasserstrahl, alles andere war top. Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.
