The apartment was quiet, in a superb location, and clean. The beds and the pull-out couch were cheap and uncomfortable. The air conditioner made noises, even after being turned off (!). So, sleeping did not go well, despite the remarkable buffer from street noise. This apartment would be perfect with more comfortable beds and a less creaky air conditioner. The location couldn't be beat, and the washing machine and fridge were in good condition. The contact person was very nice.

It was bright clean, modern and well equipped. Bathroom was a bit small and the second bed was a sofa bed in the lounge which maent either leaving it out all week or sorting it out every night. Ours was right on top of the building but no probelms the lift was always available. We thought the location was supberb - loads of tapas bars just outside. About a 100 yards to the underground although Barcelona\'s metro does not \"link up\" as well as London\'s does and we often needed to walk to the Ramblas station - much easier than travelling backwards and then changing. Outside terrace was useful.

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Très propre, avec de petit plus très apprécié quand on voayge en avion : serviettes, huile, sel etc. Bon accueil et très bien situé pour parcourir la ville de toute part. Même si Barcelone est une ville animée et bruyante, l'appartement est bien isolé du bruit.

This was a fantastic apartment and surpassed expectations. The location is wonderful, it is large and commodious including the outdoor rooftop patio. Our greeter (Evelyn? Very nice apartment. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. We don't usually sleep well in Spain because it stays noisy into the early hours and you get woken up by rubbish collection or road cleaning or noisy beighbours but this apartment is the only one on the top floor and was amazingly quiet. The bathroom is off the bedroom so might be tricky for four adults to share but it was great for two and the sofa bed would be fine for kids. The location was perfect for all the places we wanted to visit and all the little streets in this area have lots of interesting shops and restaurants.

Fantastic location in the charming Born ditrict - in easy reach of the metro system. Contact person was very helpfull; overall excellent location to enjoy the city. - when you find the street look out for the taller de tapas restaurant great food and fine wine!

Das Appartement und die Betreuung hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Sehr ruhige und zentale Lage. Anregung: zusätzliche Handtuchhalterung im Bad. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eigentlich möchte ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen, damit es ein \"Geheimtip\" bleibt. Aber ganz ehrlich: Super Lage, sehr sauber, sehr angenehmes Personal. Einfach 1A für 2 Personen die es in Barcelona angenehm haben wollen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschönen Tage!!!!!!!!

This apartment's in a great location. Most of the places we wanted to visit were within walking distance, including the market on La Rambla, which is the best place to shop for food. There aren't any supermarkets close by, but plenty of bread shops, delis and small groceries can be found in the streets nearby. Otherwise, there are heaps of shops on the doorstep selling shoes, clothes and jewellery (what more could you want?) The apartment is spacious, light and airy, nicely decorated and furnished and the kitchen is well-equipped. It has a view of Santa Maria del Mar, which looks terrific when it's floodlit at night. The apartment block is in a pedestrian area and six floors up, so it's pretty quiet (apart from the sound of Santa Maria's bells, which we didn't mind at all). Everything was very clean - nice soft bedlinen and plenty of towels. The owners are very nice and helpful (they speak English, but not very fluently).

Very good overall, spotlessly clean - unforuntately there were some very noisy people in the apartment block while we were there but it really only affected the Saturday night we were there. Street noice was minimal however. Sun terrace was great to have but could have been a bit bigger. You only get a small slice of the total amount. Contact girl (Evelyn) was wonderful, down to earth. Air conditioning in the apartment was excellent and essential. Be very careful in Barcelona though, there are pick-pockets EVERYWHERE and dodgy characters on every corner in the Barri Gotic!

A fantastic apartment - light, airy and very clean, great loaction on pedestrianised street in centre of Born. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Is much better than photos portray. We took our (almost) 2 year old and have to say a big thanks for all the equipment we were given - great cot & bedding, highchair, utensils, plates and bowls - even a bib and a toilet seat. Recommended

The top floor flat was spacious, modern and very comfortable. The position was perfect as you can walk everywhere - either down to the harbour or to many of Barcelonas attractions. Two museums were just around the corner and plenty of bars and cafès on your doorstep - all in all a lovely area. Our five day stay was a pleasure from start to finish and a cup of tea on the roof terrace made a welcome break from sightseeing.

What a great apartment. It was way more than we expected. The balcony was lovely, the beds were comfortable, the layout of the apartment was great, and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and more. THe location was absolutely the best. We were four blocks from the beach, two blocks from Las Ramblas, one block from the Cathedral and right in the middle of the hipster Ribiera.

Très joli appartement dans un bel immeuble idéalement situé dans la vieille ville à 30 mètres d'une bouche de métro. Petits commerces à proximité : pain, épicerie et charcuterie ... Très propre et calme car situé au dernier étage, vraiment très agréable à vivre. Terrasse bien sympa pour déjeuner ... Un seul bémol : il n'y pas de poivre en cuisine !!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet appartement ! Corinne et Arnaud de France
