Description of the Hotel
The 32-storey hotel comprises a total of 347 comfortable rooms and suites, appointed to meet all the needs of business visitors and those on city breaks. Facilities on offer include shops, a Starbucks coffee shop, a hairdressing salon, a bar, a restaurant, a WLAN access point and public Internet access. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the public parking garage.
Location description
This hotel occupies an ideal location between Zurich's main railway station and the airport, and also offers good connections to all major motorways. Zurich-Oerlikon is a fast-moving and constantly growing business district, and the seat of many well-known companies. Links to all forms of public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, including intercity trains, urban rail, trams, and buses. Guests can reach the city centre, with its famous railway street and the beautiful old town, in approximately 7 minutes (5 km). The exhibition grounds and the Hallenstadion events venue can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, while it is approximately 8 km to Zurich Airport.
Description of the rooms
The tasteful rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a trouser press, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV with pay TV, an Internet connection, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, and a safe. The air conditioning is individually adjustable.

The hotel features a spa area on the 32nd floor with a swimming pool, a sauna, a steam bath, a gym with the most modern equipment, and breathtaking views over the city and the surrounding mountains. A hot tub and massage service (charges apply in some cases) complete the offerings.
Further details
Arrival by car: Take the Oerlikon exit and follow the signs with a blue Z in the direction of Oerlikon-City. Arrival by tram: Lines 11 and 14 stop directly in front of the hotel and run every 6 to 12 minutes. The journey takes around 20 minutes. Arrival by train: The journey takes approximately 7 minutes. S-Bahn (urban rail) lines 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 14 travel directly to Oerlikon station, which is opposite the hotel.
From 1st November 2007 the hotel will be completely no smoking. This means that smoking will not be allowed at all within the hotel building, including the guests' bedrooms.
