Description of the Hotel
This beachside eco-hotel is set over a 3-storey main building and an annex, housing a total of 257 rooms. It has a lobby with 24-hour reception desk, currency exchange counter and eight lifts. The hotel is family-friendly and offers a bar, a playroom, a TV room and a public Internet terminal. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand, a café, a small supermarket and shops. There is also an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for children. Medical assistance and a laundry service are available. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground and participate in the kids' club activities. Those arriving by car may park in the garage.
Location description
This hotel complex is located in the bay above Playa Figueral, and is surrounded pine forests. The sandy beach is around 150 m away and is accessible via a flight of steps or by passing through the hotel's sister complex of Cala Bianca. A public transport stop is to be found some 200 m from the hotel. The town of Santa Eulalia is around 800 m away and the centre of San Carlos around 5 km.
Description of the rooms
The tastefully furnished rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a shower, a direct dial telephone and satellite/ cable TV. Other standard features include a kitchenette with a fridge, air-conditioning, a hire safe and a balcony.
Entertainment and sports facilities
The well-maintained grounds overlook the bay and feature two swimming pools, a separate paddling pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols and a poolside snack bar. Guests may play tennis, table tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and billiards/ snooker. There is also archery and aerobics, and an activity programme is occasionally put on.
