This apartment complex is located around 4.5 km from the centre of Valencia. The sea spreads out in the background, and there are parklands, a large shopping area (only in summer), and a beach promenade with restaurants, ice-cream dealers, and typical regional Horchaterías. Links to the public transport system can be found within a radius of some 200 m.
Description of the rooms
All the apartments are welcoming and stylishly appointed. They come with 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms (Duplex-Penthouse), air-conditioning (cold/warm), a kitchenette with an electric oven (ceramic hobs), a fridge and microwave, two bathrooms, and either a balcony or terrace with sea views.
