The hotel was opened in 2000 and includes 2 floors with a total of 94 double rooms and a junior suite. Guests are offered a spacious lobby with lifts, safes and a 24-hour reception. In addition, it provides a newspaper stand, a supermarket, a cosy bar, a pub and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant. Business guests may take advantage of the conference room and the Internet access available. A laundry service is also on offer for guests. There are parking facilities for those arriving by car.

Location description
This attractive hotel is situated in the shopping quarter of the town of Parla, south of Madrid. Close to the hotel, guests will find the Warner Brothers park as well as the Xanadú park and the centre of Madrid is only 20 minutes away. The hotel has direct access to the A-42 motorway and the minor roads: M-40, M-45 and M-50.
