Description of the Hotel
This beach hotel was open in 1973 and completely renovated in 1998. There are a total of 176 double rooms spread over 9 floors and facilities include a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, 2 lifts and a currency exchange facility. Additional facilities include a TV room, a hairdresser's salon, a souvenir shop, a pub and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for children. There is a public Internet terminal available for use, room and laundry services as well as medical assistance on request. Guests arriving by car may make use of the car park.
Location description
This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Playa del Inglés within 200 m of shopping areas filled with boutiques, bars and restaurants. The sprawling sandy beach lies just 800 m from the hotel and public transport departs from a stop directly in front of the hotel.
Description of the rooms
The spacious rooms comprise of an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer and a balcony. Each comes fitted with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a stereo system, a minibar and manually controllable air conditioning.
Entertainment and sports facilities
The holiday hotel offers use of its swimming pool with integrated children's pool, sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols and pool/ snack bar with partly covered terrace. On the roof of the hotel is a nudist sun terrace, which is also furnished with sun loungers and parasols. In-house sporting facilities include a gym with a sauna and a massage service (additional fee applies). It is also possible to play table tennis or to play billiards (there is an extra charge for the latter). The hotel puts on a regular entertainment programme with shows, dancing and live music (season-dependent). There is a golf course about 3 km away.
