The bed sizes are 180x135 (double) and 180x80 (single). The wide living/dining room also has a double bed sofa. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, gaslighter, dishwasher, coffeemaker, tableware and kitchen utensils. It has two complete bathrooms: one with shower and the other bathtub and bidet. The apartment has various useful and nice installations: satellite TV, washing machine, AC, heating, iron and ironing table. It´s situaded in a relaxed urban zone between Salou and La Pineda at 300 m from the beach, which allows you to enjoy with a certain tranquility. It has a communal pool with exterior shower solarium of 50m2. Furthermore, it has a furnished terrace with table and chairs so you can enjoy your summer vacation to the maximum. The apartment is apt for disabled people.

The owner prefers to rent it to families, no groups (-25 years old).
The minimum stay is 7 days with day of arrival/departure always on SATURDAY. Arrival starting from 4 pm and departure before 12 am.

Salou, named Salauris by Roman settlers, formed part of the religious PATRIMONIO of Tarragona. King James I of Spain was the first to take full advantage of the excellent port and based his entire fleet in Salou.
