Property Description
This holiday-house has got three bedrooms, whereas one is furnished with a doublebed and the other ones with two single-beds each. Further, you will find a double-sofabed and a chimney in the living/dining-room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, electric kitchen stove, oven, coffeemaker, dishes and other kitchen facilities. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other one with a shower. Additionally there are other objects in the house that make a stay even more pleasant such as TV, fan and washing machine.
The house is located in a private area 1km from the beach, which guarantees certain tranquility. There is a shared swimming-pool and a park. The private garden has got a table, chairs and a barbecue that give you the opportunity to enjoy your summer-holidays to the fullest. Further, there is parking space for one car.
Note:
The owner prefers to rent it to families, no groups (-25 years old).
The apartment is only available for a minimum of 7 days. Arrival and departure day have to be a SATURDAY.
Check-In after 4pm and Check-Out until 12am.

If you have the possibility to spend some days in Moint-Roig or Miami Playa, you should not miss the following buildings: The pilgrimage church Mare de Déu de la Roca (1230), patron saint of Mont-Roig del Camp, offers an impressive panorama and is less the 4km from Mont-Roig del Camp’s centre. Not far from this church there is the chapel of San Ramón that was built in 1826 and to date protects the seamen. The old church and its belfry were constructed int the centre of Mont-Roig. And its form could be preserved since 1194. The new church of San Miguel is called "Catedral del Baix Camp" and situated in Mont-Roig del Camp’s centre as well. The foundation dates back to 1801 after the destruction of 24 houses. The sanctuary of Marc de Déu del Perió was established in the middle of the 18th century. After its reconstruction in 1909 the square evolved to an excellent place for leisure activities and open-air games.
