Studio-apartment in holiday resort with garden in La Pineda only 200m from the beach. The terrace offers great views to the sea and the amusement parc Port Aventura. There are two doublesofabeds (135x180cm) in the living-room. The open fully equipped kitchen has got a frigde, gas stove, coffeemaker, dishes, kitchen utensils and a washing machine. There is also a TV in the apartment and the bathroom has got a bathtub. The building has got an elevator. Close to the apartment there are restaurants, bars as well as a minigolf-course. The apartment is only available for a minimum of 7 days. Arrival and departure day have to be a SATURDAY. Check-In after 4pm and Check-Out until 12am.

Location Description
La Pineda is a idylic village at the Costa Dorada and only 100km away from Barcelona. You can still visit the ruins of the era of the romans. As like many of the villages in this area the agroculture used to be one of the main income of La Pineda, but also the textil industry played an important role. More and more this was displaced by the tourism sector. Due to the mild climate of the Costa Dorada many tourist have discovered this area as a favoured holiday destination. Deversified nature, mediterranean woods in the close by nature park of Montnegre, and the beaches are some reasons. Many times the beaches were certified by the blue flagg which is handed out by the European Uniion for high quality beaches. Many different water activities are offered, however you can also do bike tours through the mountains. Concert and exibitions form the culture facilities offered in La Pineda. Interesting sights are the castle Montpalau, Torre Sant Jaume, old buildings from the 19th and 20th century, the church Parroquiat and many more.
