Opened in 2004, this complex lies amidst wonderful gardens filled with palms trees and waterfalls and comprises a total of 57 apartments spread over seven 3-storey buildings. Various facilities including a foyer, a 24-hour check-out service, lifts, a hairdresser's salon and safes are on offer to guests. In addition, there is a bar, a café, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants and a public Internet terminal (additional fee apply) available for use. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage facilities and there is a playground for younger guests.

Located 6 km from the centre of Marbella where there are many shopping and entertainment venues, this apartment complex lies just 500 m from links to the public transport network and about 1.5 km from the nearest beach. Shopping venues, restaurants and bars are to be found a stone's throw away (1 km from the complex).

Each of the air-conditioned apartments comes with combined bedroom/ lounge, a bathroom with hairdryer, a kitchenette, a minibar, a hire safe, a direct dial telephone, a hi-fi stereo system, a radio, satellite/ cable TV, a balcony or terrace and a separate bedroom.
Entertainment and sports facilities
In the outdoor complex is a freshwater swimming pool, a children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols and a pool bar.
