Holiday house surrounded by a huge subtropical garden en Marbella

This holiday house is part of a community residential which lies on a slope and is surrounded by a huge subtropical garden. The garden contains fruit trees (fruits can be picked up whenever you like). There is also a very nice swimming pool with a well kept bathing lawn-area and a clubhouse. Normally you have a fantastic view towards Africa or Gibraltar. The houses are surrounded by a wonderful nature and you may enjoy a profound silence. You need approximately 15 minutes by car t o get to the seaside. On this route you will find all kinds of facilities for shopping. The holiday house has three terraces and a veranda -one of these terraces is covered by a roof-. Inside the house there are a big sitting and dining room with a chimney, a spacious kitchen with a lot of technical facilities. You can prepare your meals with an electric or a gas stove. Next to the kitchen there are a patio and a visitors toilet. On the first floor you will find one of the three terraces and also a ¨Fresh balcony¨, two bedrooms with two single beds in each of the rooms and two bathrooms with two washing basins. In front of a little corridor there is the entrance lounge. All rooms contain heating and they have got marble floors and carpets. The whole house is furnished and decorated in an excellent taste. You will find all clothes you need for beds and kitchen in the house. There is a tennis-court to your convenience and a golf-course (exactly behind the hill approximately one km away). To get to ¨Las Terrazas del Almendro¨ you have to take the ¨Ronda-Road¨ which starts four km away from the seaside in direction to north between Marbella-town and the district of San Pedro. This road turns off from the coast road. After turning off you have to follow the Ronda-road about four km. Now you have to turn off to the left. That street takes you to Las Terrazzas.
