You access the resort from a beautiful road along the Costa Brava. The apartment is located on a hillsite about 100m above the sea and is a duplex. The apartment is 100 metres from the beach. The street which leads to the apartment is quite narrow, so there is no direct access with car. The apartment only has direct access to the beach.
In the upper floor are three bedrooms one of which with double bed (135x180cm) and access to a furnished terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third one a single bed and a fold-up bed. There is also a bathroom with bath tube on this floor. The lower floor hosts the nice spacious living room. It receives lots of natural light and has access to a terrace with beautiful seaview. The living room has also a fire place. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is seperate toilette on the lower floor. Withing the resort you have access to the different facilities it offers like tennis, mini golf, basketball, volleyball, a tv room with big screen, restaurants, bars, supermarket, etc. The resort has 24h security guards. It is an ideal place to spent some relaxing days, weeks, month with the family. It is useful to have a private car at disposal.

Location Description
Tossa de Mar is a great tourist center of the Costa Brava. It is communicated by highway with other locations in the area Sant Feliu of Guíxols, Lloret of Sea, Llagostera and further with Girona and Vidreres. Tossa de Mar is characterized by three cylindrical towers and four stand out torreones and city walls which are considered to be a historical - artistic monument. At the foot of the wall of the old part of Tossa de Mar, in the south part of the castle, is the beach D'Es Codolar, former port of the town. It is a beach of sand of thick grain, almost always occupied by crafts of fishing. Tossa's own beach is by the river mouth of a little river of Tossa. There you can observe an intense fishing and aquatic activity. At this area of Tossa de Mar, after the beach Reig, two viewing-points are placed and between them a paved terrace, it spreads as separation of the beachs of the Mar Menuda and Sa Pauma. The sand of these beaches is a mixture of fine sand and less fine sand.<br>Tossa de Marit offers many activities,as the navigation, the diving, canoe/kayak, biking, skating, a swimming pool covered for fresher days. Furthermore, Tossa de Mar has a vivid nightlife with many restaurants, bars, and nightclubs which open until late.
