The complex was built in 1997 and completely renovated in 2000. There are a total of 74 apartments spread over a 4 builts. Numbered amongst the facilities are a reception, bar, TV room, Internet access, playground and parking.
Location description
This apartment hotel is situated in the tourist centre of Lloret de Mar just a few paces from the town centre. Close to the apartments are a good selection of shops, boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants and nightclubs that are just waiting to be discovered. The beach is 1 km away and links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot.
Description of the rooms
The functional apartments come with en suite bathroom, satellite TV, a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, optional safe and either a balcony or terrace.
Entertainment and sports facilities
There are 2 swimming pools, snack bar, sun longer, parasols, and solarium as well as a seasonal entertainment programme available. There is also available gym, sauna and jacuzzi. The nearest golf course is about 3 km away.
