There is one bedroom in the apartment with two single beds (180x80cm) that can be put together easily. Further, there is a sofabed that fits two people in the living- and diningroom. The american kitchen is equipped with an electric kitchen stove, fridge with freezer and a toaster. In the complete bathroom a bathtub can be found. The windows of the exterior apartment point at the street and it has a shared terrace. Air-condition is included in the price. The terrace is furnished with chairs and a table. There is an elevator in the building, a concierge service and a zone for shared use. There you have a swimming-pool with a slide, a children's playground, and a kiosk with a bar. A supermarket and several restaurants are located in only 50m distance and the city centre is 700m away.
MINIUM STAY JULY AND AUGUST 7 NIGHTS. Arrival and departure days Saturdays. Key collection:- from 17.00h and before 20.00h. Clients who arrive outside office hours, after 20.00h and before 04.00h will be charged 10.00 euros to collect their keys. This applies to arrivals between the date’s 13.06.09 and until 19.09.09. It is not possible to collect your keys after 20.00h outside of these dates.

Location Description

L'Estartit is situated at the Costa Brava and belongs to the municipal of Torroella de Montgri. In the mountains of Montgri you can find the Castle Montgri, which was built in the 13th century. L'Estartit offers a diversified natural landscape. The waterside of the river "Ter" is marshes and the Medes-Islands are in the close vicinity to the beach and form important reservations for the subaqueous biota of the western Mediterranean. They are the only islands of the catalan coast. The undersea world of the Medes-Islands is the attraction point for divers from all over the world as they offer excellent conditions for diving and undersea photography. Ashore you can take a walk along the port or the river "Ter". L'Escartit further offers the possibility of biking, horse-riding, golf or sailing. How about an excursion to the Medes-Islands, a visit of weekly market, a concert or a music festival? And the the cultural range is wide and surely will not disappoint you. In the evenings you can try one of the numerous bars and discotheques where you will be dancing in the wee hours of the morning.
