The apartment is situated in Empuriabrava, Costa Brava, just oposite the sea with spectacular views and only 50 meters away from the beach. The apartment disposes of three bedrooms, one of which with a double bed (135x180cm), the second with two single beds (80x180cm) and the third with a bunk bed (80x180cm). The american kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with fridge, hobs, oven, and dishwasher. The apartment disposes of two bathrooms, one with bath tub and the other with shower. Furthermore the apartment is equipped with a television, washing machine and air condition. A further plus is the terrace with seaview which is furnished with table and chairs. The building itself disposes of a garden and pool which are to be shared with the other apartments of the building. Against fee there is the possibility to rent a parking lot. In about 50m you have a comercial centre at your disposal with shops, supermarkets, doctors, etc. The location Empuriabrava offers all kinds of sports and leisure activities, from diving, surfing, sailing to golf, mountainbiking and hiking.
Arrival and departure date have to be on a Saturday. The minimal stay is 7 days. You have to pick up the keys for the apartment in the office in Empuriabrava between 4pm and 7pm.

Ampuriabrava is situated at the Costa Brava only a few kilometers away from Rosas. It is cleaned daily and offers a high quality. Furthermore, Ampuriabrava is an ideal starting point for excursions into the surrounding. Visit the closed by town of Rosas, the impressive Dali museum in Figueras, or the capital of Catalonia Barcelona. If you dispose of a car it is highly recommended to explore the Costa Brava. Discover traditional fisher villages, marvelous bays and ruins from ancients ruins form the era of the romans.
