Comprised of a lounge – dining room, fully equipped kitchen: (electric stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, electric coffee maker), 3 double dormitories (with double bed and embedded closet), 1 double dormitory (with two single beds and embedded closet), complete bathroom (bathtub, washbasin, WC, bidet), complete bathroom (bathtub, WC, bidet and washbasin). Ground floor terrace/patio of 50,25 m² with porch and barbeque, terrace of 45 m² on the apartment floor, and a terrace on the superior floor of 27,50m², mooring possibility of renting 100 meters from the house, swimming pool of 10x4,50 m, mooring of 15 ml and garage. The house has air conditioning (hot and cold), satellite T.V., music equipment, safe, electric stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, washing machine, coffee pot, vacuum, iron and table to iron). Upon arrival guests will find sheets and towels. The change is not included in the reservation.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: Option A: 8 people (including children).
Note: Minimum stay of 3 nights during Easter and long holiday weekends. High Season JULY and AUGUST minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday. For Christmas holidays the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Note: The owner requires the payment of 40% of the amount of the rent via Bank Transfer at reservation. The remaining 60% has to be paid at arrival at the delivery of the keys. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival. On Sunday and holidays the office reception will remain closed. ARRIVAL SCHEDULE / ARRIVAL 17:00 to 19:00 p.m. EXIT 10:00 a.m. The keys may be picked up at office-reception within the arrival schedule. If this is not possible, please let us know so that we can explain the automatic key collection system.In the week from the 20th of december 07 to 5th of January 2009 the minimum stay is 5 nights. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights during low season.

Ampuriabrava is situated at the Costa Brava only a few kilometers away from Rosas.
