Apartment in Empuriabrava, Costa Brava. Located in a Residential Complex with a community swimming pool, gymnasium and sauna. Located 50 meters from 3 large supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment includes a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a completely equipped kitchen, principal bedroom with a double bed, double bedroom with a double bed, complete bathroom (washbasin, WC, bidet and bathtub), guest bathroom (WC and washbasin) and a terrace with furniture. Equipped: central air conditioning/heating, washing machine, TV, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffeemaker, iron and community parking. At your arrival in the apartment you will find sheets and bathroom towels. The change is not included in the reservation.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY:
Option A: 6 adults and 2 children (younger than 13 years)
Option B: 7 adults
Note: There is a minimum stay of 2 nights during low season.
Minimum stay of 3 nights during Easter and long holiday weekends.
High Season JULY and AUGUST minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday.
In the week from the 20th of december 07 to 5th of January 2008 the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Note: The owner requires the payment of 40% of the amount of the rent via Bank Transfer at reservation. The remaining 60% has to be paid at arrival at the delivery of the keys. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival.
On Sunday and holidays the office reception will remain closed. ARRIVAL SCHEDULE / ARRIVAL 17:00 to 19:00 p.m. EXIT 10:00 a.m. The keys may be picked up at office-reception within the arrival schedule. If this is not possible, please let us know so that we can explain the automatic key collection system.

Ampuriabrava is situated at the Costa Brava only a few kilometers away from Rosas. It is an unique holiday resort with more than 30km navigable canals along which many impressive villas and holiday apartments are situated. Ampuriabrava is therefore one of Europe`s biggest Marina. Any kind of water activities are offered like water-ski, sailing, surfing, diving, fishing and many more. But also many other leisure activities can be found, horse riding, tennis, cart driving, miniature golf, biking, etc. You can also rent a boat and discover the canals of Ampuriabrava yourself. For advanced boater the habour and the Club Nautico offer everything what is required to maintain your boat. The beach of Ampuriabrava is 2km between the two rivers River Muga and River Slins. It is cleaned daily and offers a high quality. Furthermore, Ampuriabrava is an ideal starting point for excursions into the surrounding. Visit the closed by town of Rosas, the impressive Dali museum in Figueras, or the capital of Catalonia Barcelona. If you dispose of a car it is highly recommended to explore the Costa Brava. Discover traditional fisher villages, marvelous bays and ruins from ancients ruins form the era of the romans.
