The building itself is located in Veinant Verneda in the village Cassa de la Selva and right in the heart of the amasing nature resort El Pein de les Gavarres. The location is ideal for people looking to expire nature and quietness during their holidays but still have the possibility to enter in the busteling life of the Costa Brava. The apartment is only 10km away from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava and about 12 km away from the ancient roman city Girona and about an hour driving away from the capital Barcelona. The apartment can sleep up to 8 people. It consists of 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed, 135x190cm, and 1 with 2 single beds, 90x190cm), a nice and spacious living and dinning room, a terrace with chairs and tabel and access to the garden with swimming pool, grill and outdoor shower. Furthermore, it has an american kitchen equipped with hobs, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, fridge, freezer and a bathroom with a shower unit. In the apartment you dispose of TV, DVD, central heating, washing machine, iron and hair dryer. On request the owner offers a baby cot free of charge during your stay. From the house you have a beautiful view of the valley, the river, and the mountain of the nature resort.

Cassa de la Selva is a beautiful small city in the north-east of Spain. With its 8.016 residence the town belongs to the province of Girona and is very well situated to visit the entire region. Moreover it is located only half an hour from the airport Girona-Costa Brava and one hour away from Catalonia's capital Barcelona. Hence visitors have the opportunity to include a few relaxing days at the scenic coast of the Costa Brava with its various beaches or heading towards Barcelona to pay a visit at Antoni Gaudi's stunning works. The townscape of Cassa de la Selva consits of various charming ancient monuments reflecting its roots and history. Main attraction is the Gothic Church in which still can be seen remaining parts of Roman architecture and besides the small city is also ranked by magnificient buildings of the Jugenstil-epoche.The old restored train-station nowadys serves as a location for various exhibitions and cultural events. One of the most popular events of the town is the Night of the Musicians of Cassa as Cassa de Selva is the Catalonian city with the highest number of musicians per head, playing typical Catalan instruments. It takes place once a year on the fortnight of June and is definitely worth a visit.
