The hotel is housed in an 18th Century palace, completely reformed to keep its original style and character, and spread over 4 floors there are 47 doubles rooms, 4 junior suites and 1 suite which are spacious and decorated with fine furniture. The hotel offers a welcoming hall with a lift, a 24-hour reception desk, a games room, a TV room, a business centre with Internet access, an à la carte restaurant, the Loft Bar with a library and a chill-out terrace-bar (open during summer season). Also the hotel provides 4 meeting rooms, a big salon with a capacity of up to 250 persons and there is public parking a few metres away.

The hotel is located en the old centre of Orihuela with its shops and monuments next to the cathedral. Just 30 km from Torrevieja's beaches, around 24 km from Murcia and roughly 50 km from the airport of Alicante.
