Well-known resort with 24'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 115 km south-east from Valencia, 60 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, butchers, bakers, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: chemist, doctor. Access: motorway AP-7, exit number "Benissa". Then road N332. Access via a good road. Railway station in the resort. Altea 10 km.
