This lovely apartment features a nice courtyard that is ideal for relaxing and reading a book or enjoying a drink. The apartment is located adjacent to the Gracia district that is famous for its local artists, its charming squares and its bohemian atmosphere. Close to the apartment you will find Plaza Molina where you can access the Gracia local train station (ferrocarril) and the Fontana metro stop (L3), from which you can get to the famous Paseo de Gracia in just two stops.

The 60m2 apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is situated on the ground floor of a typical building with a lift. The apartment features a classic style and has been tastefully decorated down to the smallest detail. The living room features a beautiful exposed brick wall, a double sofa-bed and a flat-screen television. The open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare your meals, including a dishwasher. The bedroom contains a double bed and a practical desk. Finally, the bathroom is equipped with a shower, whilst there is also air conditioning and central heating in the apartment.

Close to the apartment you will find the street Gran de Gracia, home to numerous shops and full of life. If you carry on down this street towards the sea you will come to the stunning Paseo de Gracia where you can visit La Pedrera and the Casa Batlló, two gems of the Catalan Modernist movement.

Departures: from 11.00h
Should you not have left the apartment before 11h you will be asked to leave immediately and you will be charged a surcharge of 50€.

Late arrivals: from 22.00h with a supplement of 30€.
Additional arrivals: 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st January with a supplement of 30€. Late arrival supplements are also applicable on these dates and both amounts will thus be charged.
