Located just 250 metres from the famous basilica, this apartment is the ideal option for a really charming stay in the city. The area is also home to a fabulous selection of shops and restaurants, as well as quick and easy public transport connections close by and a fast service into the city centre.
The 85m2 apartment is located on the main floor (first floor) of a typical Eixample building (with a lift) and can perfectly sleep up to seven people. The lounge-dining-room is large, elegant and cozy. The carefully selected decoration and ambience also has direct access onto a balcony with two large doors. The area is also furnished with a comfortable doble sofa bed, large dining room table and comfortable chairs, a flat-screen TV, radio and WIFI internet connection. There is also central heating. The cheerful and traditional kitchen area is fitted with microwave, dishwasher and other utensils for the utmost comfort enabling visitors to prepare their favourite home-cooked meals. There are three bedrooms, each with individual decoration for personal preference. The main bedroom has a double bed and courtesy toilet. The room also overlooks the Sagrada Familia. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed and the other a single. The bathroom is fitted with a bath.
Located close to the Sagrada Familia and just a few minutes’ walk away is the metro stop Sagrada Familia (L5 and L2). Both lines have a quick connection into the city centre and enable visitors direct access to the famous Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Catalunya.

Location Description
Gaudí’s colossal basilica also gives its name to the quiet residential area that surrounds it. Were it not for this landmark the area would be hard to distinguish from nearby L’Eixample as its streets share a very similar layout. While there’s a concentration of tourist-geared shops and restaurants clustered around the Sagrada Família itself, many of the restaurants and bars here are frequented by locals. The neighbourhood is very quiet at night, and given its central location, it’s the ideal spot for families who want to experience the best of the city.
