Located in the heart of the bohemian Gracia district, this cosy apartment is surrounded by local artists’ shops and original bars.
This 110m2 apartment can accommodate up to six people and is located on the second floor (the ‘primero’ in Spanish) of a typical building without a lift. The living room come dining room receives lots of natural light from the large windows. In the same room you will also find a large dining table and two comfortable sofas where you can watch the flat-screen television or enjoy a DVD. From the living room you can access the terrace, the ideal place to start the day with a delicious breakfast with fellow guests. The modern and well-equipped kitchen is integrated into the same space. There is also a separate living area where you can read a book or going online using the Wi-Fi internet connection. The sleeping area is made up of six bedrooms – two with double beds (for individual use) and four with a single bed each. The bathroom features a bathtub and an independent WC.
Close to the apartment you will find the Casa Vicens, a work by the famous Catalan architect Gaudí, as well as the lively Gran de Gracia street where you can indulge in a bit of shopping. On this street you will find the Fontana metro station (L3) and various bus stops.

Location Description
Once a distinct village with its own identity, Gràcia remains a distinctive place to stay, despite being engulfed by the relentless expansion of Barcelona at the end of the 19th century. The area’s character is epitomised in its buzzing squares, of which there are several, and where you’ll find lots of locals eating and socialising. Gràcia has long been a favoured haunt for bohemians and this remains very much in evidence, with music venues, art studios and workshops in abundance. To the north of the area sits Parc Güell, Gaudí’s idiosyncratic attempt at landscape gardening and one of the most popular destinations in the city. Walking around Gràcia, browsing its small shops or stopping for a drink at one of its sunny squares, is both safe and pleasant. The area is connected to the rest of the city by metro lines 3 and 4.
