The 45m2 apartment is capable of accommodating up to 4 people and is situated on the ground floor. On entering the living room you will be struck by the classic wooden furnishings and the panelling on the walls that combine to create a cosy, unique atmosphere. From the modern double sofa-bed you will be able to watch the flat-screen television with satellite channels and DVD player. Surf the internet using the apartment’s Wi-Fi connection. You will find the dining table in front of the lovely kitchen featuring a full range of equipment that has been integrated into the furnishings in order to preserve the classic style of the property while providing guests with all the modern comforts. The bedroom features a double bed and a practical wardrobe, whilst the bathroom contains a shower.

The apartment is located close to one of Barcelona’s most lively and alternative districts that is home to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. Not far from the apartment you will be able to take in one of the first marvels of Antonio Guadí, the stunning Casa Vicens. Close to the apartment you will find the Fontana metro station (line 3) from which you can reach the famous Paseo de Gracia and the city centre in two stops. The Gracia train station is also located nearby, providing connections to Barcelona’s most emblematic sights.

Check-out by 11:00.
Late check-in after 22:00 will incur an additional charge of 30€.
For check-ins on 24, 25, 26 and 31 December and 1 January there will be an additional charge of 30€ which is applicable on top of any other late check-in fees.

Check-out: The latest possible time for check-out is 11h.
Should you not have left the apartment before 11h you will be asked to leave immediately and you will be charged a surcharge of 50€.
