This stunning apartment, reminiscent of the modernist era, is located in the Sant Gervasi district, not far from the Parque Güell and close to the characteristic district of Gracia, famous for its bohemian atmosphere and unique artistic character.

The 45m2 apartment is capable of accommodating up to 4 people and is situated on the ground floor. Upon entering the apartment you will be struck by the classic furnishings that create a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere. The living room come dining room is equipped with a double sofa-bed, a flat-screen television and a DVD player. Surf the internet whenever you wish using the apartment’s wireless connection. The semi-open plan kitchen features a full range of modern equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. After a long day in the city, unwind in the gorgeous bedroom that features exposed beams and exposed brick walls, as well as a double bed. The bathroom contains a relaxing shower.

This district is famous for the bustle of its squares and terraces and for its many restaurants. In a street close to the apartment you will be able to admire Antonio Gaudí’s beautiful Casa Vicens. Not far from the property you will find the Fontana metro station (line 3) from which you can reach the city centre in just 2 stops. The Gracia train station is also located nearby, providing a range of connections to Barcelona’s many places of interest.

Check-out by 11:00.
Late check-in after 22:00 will incur an additional charge of 30€.
For check-ins on 24, 25, 26 and 31 December and 1 January there will be an additional charge of 30€ which is applicable on top of any other late check-in fees.

Check-out: The latest possible time for check-out is 11h.
Should you not have left the apartment before 11h you will be asked to leave immediately and you will be charged a surcharge of 50€.
