The elegantly decorated lounge with wooden beams leads directly onto the balcony and the American-style kitchen is fitted with oven, microwave, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker, and fridge – freezer providing everything guests might need during their stay. For maximum comfort there are two bathrooms with shower.

The apartment also has central heating for the coldest days of winter and air conditioning for the hotter days of summer, a flat-screen satellite television with DVD player, music stereo system and free WIFI internet connection.
