The apartment is situated on the first floor, at the front, which has recently been fully restored to a high standard.

It has three double bedrooms (all with a double beds), a large lounge/diner (with fold out sofa double bed), a kitchen, a single bathroom with WC, and a separate WC. It is ideal for families or business trips and provides all the normal amenities plus: cable TV, a computer with full ADSL broadband Internet access, WiFi access, UK plug adapters.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped with everything needed for self catering. The apartment has air-conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort. All bedding and towels are provided and essential arrival provisions (such as milk, coffee, tea, water, salt, oil etc..) are also provided. This apartment also features a safety deposit box (25 x 20 x 20cm).

There are several supermarkets and all normal shops within a 100m radius as well as several secure public car parks. Street side parking is free in August.
