It was a cosy appartment, not very big, but big enough. Really friendly lady that is the hostess. The city centre and the really nice aeria of Trastevere are in reach by tram in about 5-10 minutes only! The showercabin is a little bit small, but the shower was nice (hot and powerfull). I would recommand this appartment to you! Also nice is the small restaurant just outside the appartment, it is runned bij Nicola, a little man, always laughing and very proud Italian. The food is nice, but really the service is what makes it worthwile to go and have diner there sometimes. It is called: Il Picolo Grande Chef (about 100euro's for a 4-course diner, and wine for 2 persons).

Die Wohnung ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, was man am Fußboden, an den Wänden, an der Decke und Möbel sieht, war aber sauber. Der Blick aus dem Fenster war direkt auf das 10m entferntes Haus gerichtet, die Gegend ist aber ruhig und zu Fuß nicht weit von schönen kleinen Lokalen, Eisdielen und Trastevere-Kirchen entfernt. In der Nähe ist auch ein Markt, wo man frisches Obst, Gemüse, Brot, Käse usw. holen kann.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par S notre contact à notre arrivée à Rome. Nous avons été satisfaits de l'appartement (calme, bien situé, ensoleillé) Trois petites remarques : 1) il faudrait au moins deux petits couteaux de service qui coupent mieux (ex. pour couper une pomme il fallait se servir des gros couteaux) un éplucheur de légumes 2) une cocotte minute serait aussi très utile (pour pouvoir cuisiner des légumes à la vapeur par ex.) 3) enfin un deuxième jeu de clés de l'appartement pour les locataires

Prix raisonnable pour ce petit appartement confortable, dans un bel immeuble et une jolie rue et surtout très très bien situé, à 2 mn du tramway qui mène rapidement au centre et qui a une fréquence de passage impressionnante. Bonne location pour découvrir Rome.

Sehr ansprechende Unterkunft, entsprach in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, ruhig. Sehr gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Vermieter - Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert

My partner and I had a wonderful time in this Rome apartment and enjoyed that it was NOT in the tourist center. When we return to Rome, we will stay here again. It's a 15 minute walk to the lovely dining and nightlife district in Trastevere (or a 5 minute tram ride) and the center is easily reached by bus. The apartment had everything we could wish for, including a city guide and map. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to local cafes and very near the Trastevere train station. I would suggest this apartment to anyone who would like to experience and enjoy Rome for more than just a quick dash into the major tourist sites. For those prefer overly large showers and tourist shops on the corner, this isn't the best place.

Small but complete apartment, very clean. Owner very kind. No traffic or other loud noise. The historic centre of Rome is only 5-10 minutes away by tram, which leaves every few minutes untill midnight and on saturday untill 3 am. Frequent busses to termini and metro station piramide as well as to the historic centre.
