Built in 2001, this apartment complex covers 6 floors and offers a total 60 apartments. Location description
The appealing complex affords a green and quiet location on the south coast of Madeira offering a charming view of the Atlantic Ocean. The nearest beach is approximately 50 m away. The small fishing village Paul do Mar is an ideal point of departure for hiking and is only a few minutes walk from the complex. An array of shops, restaurants, a bank and bars are to be found approximately 500 m away. The next village of Jardim do Mar is 7 km from the complex. The airport is 75 km and Funchal is around 53 km away. Public transport network links are to be found just a short walk away, lying 500 m from the complex.
Description of the rooms
The pleasing apartments and studios include an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a combined living room/bedroom, central heating, air conditioning, tiling, a king-sized bed, a hire safe and a balcony with views out over the sea. The apartments also come with a separate bedroom.
