Description of the Hotel
Renovated in 2007, the hotel offers guests a total of 313 rooms spread over 12 floors, of which 14 are singles, 289 are doubles and 10 are suites. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe and lifts. It also has a newspaper stand, bars, a games room as well as a restaurant. Conference facilities, an in-house free Internet access (wireless), as well as private parking facilities, room and laundry services are also available. For younger guests there is a playground and children's club available.
Location description
This luxury hotel has a superb location divided from the stunning sandy beach by just a promenade and close to the town centre (500 m away). There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, public transport and a marina all only a few metres away. Faro airport is around 25 km from the hotel.
Description of the rooms
The pleasant en suite rooms are fitted with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, radio, minibar and safe. Moreover they have air conditioning, a balcony and are centrally heated as standard.
Entertainment and sports facilities
The large hotel grounds have a pool in the garden with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols as well as a snack bar. For an additional fee guests may take advantage of the sauna, massage service, tennis, table tennis, gym and snooker. Furthermore in the area of Vilamoura guests can also try water skiing, horse riding or a round of golf. The hotel also offers an indoor swimming pool, water aerobics and an entertainment programme.
