New house "Na Skale", built in 2003, outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Rzyki, in a quiet position on top of a hill. Private: grounds 800 m2 (fenced), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Shop 500 m, shopping centre 5 km, bus stop 500 m. Riding stables 4 km, ski lift, ski runs 7 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds. At your disposal: cellar settled into the ground. Fishing in the pond that belongs to the owner (extra).
