Built in 1855 and renovated in 2006, this city hotel includes a total of 23 rooms spread over 5 floors. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe and a breakfast room.
Location description
The hotel is located in the historic heart of Amsterdam, a perfect base for as pleasant a holiday as possible. Dam Square with the King's Palace, Rembrandt Square and the city's main railway station are all around 5 minutes away by foot. The Van Gogh Museum, Waterloo Square and the main shopping area are also only a short walk away. The historic Beurs van Berlage and the department store De Bijenkorf can be found directly opposite the hotel. Schiphol international airport is approximately 15 km away.
Description of the rooms
The newly decorated rooms, in a warm, modern style each come with an en suite bath/ shower, a hairdryer, a satellite/ cable TV, an ironing set, individually adjustable heating and a hire safe.
Further details
From the airport, it is possible to take a train to the main railway station. Travel time: approximately 15 minutes. Leave the railway station via the main exit and go straight up the high street. The hotel is 5 m further on the left-hand side of the road.
