The hotel is located in the historic and artistic centre of Venice, yet is set in a very peaceful Venetian residential area. This excellent location, not far from Rialto bridge and St Mark's square, puts guests at just 5 minutes' walking distance from Piazzale Roma Airport's bus terminal, a parking area, a water-bus terminal and St Lucia railway station. Marco Polo International Airport is just around 15 km away, while Treviso San Angelo Airport is approximately 40 km from the hotel.

From Marco Polo airport take bus number 5 to Piazzale Roma, which will take around 25 minutes. From Piazzale Roma the hotel is a 5-minute walk away. From St Lucia railway station, cross the main ""Scalzi Bridge"", and from the front of the train station the hotel is 5 minutes' walk away.
On arriving at the hotel, check-in will be carried out on the main hotel premises. The hotel is open 24 hours. Check-in begins at 2:00 pm, and guests must check out by 11:00 am.
