Description of the Hotel
The hotel was built upon the restoration of an ancient monastery of the XVII century and it is now the ideal location for a relaxing and quiet. It is situated on the top of a panoramic hill, kissed by the sun and surrounded by a secular wood. The hotel is a perfect starting for visiting the beauties of our Etruscan town and the famous Antique Fair that takes place on the first weekend of every month.
Location description
It is situated at only 6 km from the historical centre of Arezzo. Beside this, the guests can reach, in less than 1 hour, Cortona, Siena and Florence.
Description of the rooms
The 19 rooms, comfortable and quiet, are different one from each other and keep the ancient atmosphere, although fitted up with all the modern facilities. All rooms are provided with bathroom with shower and hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioned, direct phone, mini bar, safety box and internet WIFI.
Entertainment and sports facilities
Guests can make pleasant excursions there and visit, at short distance, the famous international horse centre and a golf ground. They also can attend the cooking courses organised by the hotel. At the disposal of the guests, the hotel offers a splendid swimming pool, located on a natural terrace with open view on the town, where they can relax, drinking or reading a book.

Autosrada A1 ( Motorway A1) ( Milano-Roma ) towards Arezzo. The hotel is 19 km away from the toll-booth of Arezzo. Follow the signs for Arezzo (connecting- road) for about 8 km. Reached the traffic lights at the end of the connecting- road, go past the underpass and keep the left, following the signs for Bibbiena- SS 71 (IPERCOOP) and keep straight on .Go past the Mall and take the second exit at the roundabout, go traight on until the next roundabout here turn right at the first exit and go along until the traffic lights. At the traffic- lights turn left .Go straight on ,pass under the arches of the ancient Romanesque aqueduct, go past the Modern Cemetery until the crossroad; Here turn left taking the descent until the traffic-lights turn left until you see the signs for Pomaio- Poti- Mulinelli ( Badia di Pomaio) on the left- hand side ùof the road. Go up on asphalt for about 4 km following the signs for Badia di Pomaio. The whole route is trough woods.
