Typical Tuscan farm in the heart of the Chianti region, a few short km from well-known places such as: San Giminiano, Monteriggioni, Colle Val D’Elsa, Siena and Florence. The farm produces both extra virgin olive oil and Chianti wine, for the aficionados of our typical regional products. This group of houses benefit from beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the Strozzavolpe mountains. Comprised of small independent houses, a seigniorial house, a winery where the typical ‘Vin Santo” is prepared, a fully reconstructed barn converted into a conference room and a property which has been transformed into a charming hotel. The apartments and the hotel have been stylishly decorated, respecting the typical rustic Tuscan style. A beautiful swimming pool (15mx8m) invites guests to sit back and relax or take a swim. Note: costs not included in the rental price: supplementary bed 25 €, use of the laundry room with washing machine and iron 5€ / wash, heating costs paid by use, fire wood paid by use, breakfast in the hotel 7€ / person. Note: to reserve this property the owner requires a 30% deposit through bank transfer within a maximum of 7 days after realizing the reservation. The remaining 70% is paid upon the arrival to the property at check-in. If the reservation is made within less than 10 days before the arrival to the property, the entire amount will be paid at check-in.
