Private: grounds 2'000 m2 with trees, terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking by the house. Restaurant 100 m, railway station 2 km, swimming pool 1 km, sandy beach 15 km. Please note: car essential. Two rooms are situated inside the characteristic "trullo" (typical stone house and conical roof) linking with the rest of the house.

The historic little town of Ceglie Messapica is situated in the interior of the country on a hillock in the far south of Murge. The castle and churches are worth visiting. Services include restaurants, shops, tennis and bowling centre. Brindisi is 35 km south east. 16 km to the Adriatic coast (seaside resort Villanova). Trips to Ostuni (11 km) or Taranto (35 km) with numerous folkloric activities. Martina Franca 16 km, Taranto 35 km.
