Renovated in 2005, this hotel has a total of 35 rooms spread over 3 floors, of which 4 are junior suites, 2 are suites and 2 are apartments. Guests are offered a lobby with a lift, a safe and 24-hour reception. Further facilities include a restaurant, a bar, a TV room and conference facilities. Guests may also make use of the Internet terminal (WLAN) as well as the room and laundry services. Parking is also available for those guests arriving by car.
Location description
The business hotel is situated 13 km outside of Rome city centre. There is a bus stop about 300 m away from the hotel. In roughly 5 minutes, Eur Fermi underground station may be reached by car, whilst Outlet Castel Romano shopping centre is a 10-minute drive away. Fiumicino and Ciampino airports lie 17 km and 15 km away respectively.

By car: From the ring road around Rome, guests should take the exit 26 towards Pomezia/Latina, taking the Via Pontina after 400 m, at the sign for Mostacciano/Spinaceto. Continue straight ahead for 200 m and then take a left under the bridge. After turning, guests will find themselves in the street adjacent to the Via Pontina, however in the opposite direction of Rome. The Via Valleranello is now the first street on the right and the hotel is situated on the left after 300 m. By Metro and bus: Take the Line B to Eur Fermi station and continue with the 705, 706 or 71 bus to the first stop on the Via Pontina. It is only 300 m on foot from the bus stop to the hotel. From the airport: The best option is to take a taxi. The hotel is also happy to organise a pick-up service on request for a fixed price.
