The Girasole House is a new house (constructed in 2005) oriented to the south, independent with 3 rooms in an idyllic location directly on the sea with a private bath. Furnished with care for details and equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The magnificent and sunny outdoor area has 2 terraces, a pergola with grapevine and a balcony accessible from all rooms. The 65 m² house also has a private bath in the lake and a buoy. Vehicles may be parked within the enclosure. Distribution: entrance, living-dining room with marble table, satellite TV, music equipment with CD player, 2 folding beds, panoramic sliding doors and extensive views of the lake. Small and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined and views of the lake. Separate bedroom only with outdoor access, with an additional bed, a washing machine, a dryer and views of the lake. Comfortable bathroom with shower and washing machine. Magnificent sunny outer area with 2 terraces of approx. 35 m², pergola with grapevine of 25 m² and an approx. 22m² balcony around the house. There is access to the sunny balcony from all rooms. The entire outdoor area may be enjoyed, thanks to the location next to the lake, with an impressive view of the lake and the Brissago Islands, towards Ascona and adjacent mountains. If desired: sheets 10 € per person, towels 5 € per person domestic animals 20 € per stay and buoy 15 € per day. The proprietor requires a 30% deposit through bank transfer after confirmation of the reservation. The remaining 70% is paid upon arrival. If there are less than 10 days between the reservation and the arrival date, the entire amount is paid at check-in.
