Behind the house there are beautiful hiking trails towards Socraggio, distributed in all directions. From here it is possible to walk towards Falmenta and return on the bus. The bus-stop is to 100 meters from the house. The bus passes 3 times per day from Cannobio to Falmenta. Approx. 400 meters away guests may enjoy a refreshing swim in the Cannobina River. The closest restaurant is within approx. 2 km. In 2004 the house was renovated and furnished with a nice rustic style. Altogether, the house has a surface area of 140 m², a terrace of approx. 60 m², 2 sunny gardens of approx. 200m² and 2 balconies of 2 and 12m². The plot measures 2500m². Parking inside the enclosure. Arrivals and departures take place on Fridays or Saturday. If desired: sheets 10 € per person and towels 5 € per person. The proprietor requires a 30% deposit through bank transfer after confirmation of the reservation. The remaining 70% is paid upon arrival. If there are less than 10 days between the reservation and the arrival date, the entire amount is paid at check-in.
