Close by there is a wonderful large park with an area for children. On the new avenue bordering the sea guests may travel on foot to Luino. From Maccagno there are train, bus and boat connections. Within approx. 400 meters there is a dock berth for boats, which can transport visitors to all areas. Altogether, the Augusta House consists of 5 furnished apartments of one room, as well as a 3 room apartment in the surrounding area with a private outside zone. There is a beautiful swimming pool (6x12) with turf. Depending on the weather, the swimming pool is open from mid May to mid September. There is a common garden of 700 m², including a ping-pong table with paddles and balls. Bicycles are available free of charge. Vehicles may be parked within the enclosure of 1800m². Guests may obtain a buoy in the port of Maccagno within approx. 300 meters (it is necessary to request one ahead of time). Corner apartment of one room nº 1 on the ground floor with a surface area of 23m²: maximum of 2 people + child. Lounge/dormitory with satellite TV, double bed with single mattresses and an additional bed. Small kitchen, bathroom with shower and window, sunny terrace of approx. 10m², common garden of approx. 700m² with a magnificent swimming pool. If desired: Sheets and towels 10 Euros per person, bolla 15 Euros per person, domestic animals 20 Euros per stay. The proprietor requires a 30% deposit through bank transfer after confirming the reservation. The remaining 70% is paid upon arrival. If there are less than 10 days between the reservation and the arrival date the entire amount is paid at check-in. Reservations for this property must be for a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday.
