There are superb views of lake, Luino and the adjacent mountains which may be enjoyed from the outside area. Both apartments have a parking space within the enclosure. One room apartment: Surface area of approx. 37m² (up to 4 people), entrance, lounge/dormitory with a double bed and continuous mattress, fold-out sofa bed that can be turned into 2 individual beds, security, satellite TV and beautiful views of Luino and the lake. Small and well equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, bidet and window. Ample outer zone with a partially covered terrace of 12m², and a 40m² private garden with sun all day and splendid views of the lake, Luino and the adjacent mountains. If desired: Sheets 10 € per person, towels 5 € per person, domestic animals 20 € per stay. The proprietor requires a 30% deposit through bank transfer after confirmation of the reservation. The remaining 70% is paid upon arrival. If there are less than 10 days between the reservation and the arrival date, the entire amount is paid at check-in. Reservations for this property must be for a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday.
