Small room before 2nd bathroom with washing machine, integrated dryer and iron. Ample outer space with sunny terrace of 50 m² and partially covered, with partial views of the adjacent sea and mountains, sunny garden of 100m² with magnificent views of the lake. Sunny roof terrace (partially for common use) with extensive views of the lake and mountains. If desired: sheets 10 € per person. Towels 5 € per person. Consult language and painting classes. For reservations made 10 days before the arrival to the apartment, the owner requires a 30% deposit to be paid through bank transfer. The remaining amount (normally 70%) is paid at the arrival to the apartment. If the reservation is made within less than 10 days before the arrival, the entire amount is paid at check-in.
