In front of the residence there is a children’s park and 3 minutes on foot is the public beach. Behind the residence guests may enjoy the life of the city - the nucleus of the historical town of Germignaga can be reached on foot, with its cafes, shops, restaurants as well as Luino. All the apartments are furnished with good taste and offer space and comfort. Additionally the apartments have a well-planned distribution and spectacular views of the lake. The apartments may be accessed by stairs or a lift. Study furnished with a nice warm orange tone, surface area of approx. 43m² and a 17m² terrace with an awning. Distribution: lounge/dormitory with great panoramic windows and satellite TV. During the day the double and single beds easily fold away into a closet (each with orthopedic mattresses). Equipped kitchen with microwave. Comfortable bathroom with a bidet and bathtub with shower. Domestic animals are not accepted. Wonderful views of the lake. Individual garage. Capacity for 3 people. If desired: Sheets 10 € per person, towels 5 € per person. The proprietor requires a 30% deposit through bank transfer after confirmation of the reservation. The remaining 70% is paid upon arrival. If there are less than 10 days between the reservation and the arrival date, the entire amount is paid at check-in.
