The Piccola House is in the land of “Tur di balabiut” and is especially attractive for its calm and sunny location with panoramic views of the green landscape and adjacent mountains. Stores, restaurants, bars and cafes as well as the stately avenue on the border of the lake, can all be easily reached on foot. Small house of approx 40 m² with two nicely furnished bedrooms and a small bathroom. At a distance of 20 meters is the lower floor to the tower, including the kitchen with a chimney. From the kitchen there is access to a private terrace of approx 8 m² and garden of 1000 m² with a place to sit in the fresh air and pavilion. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a romantic evening and relax in the fresh air. There is another landscaped area of 2000m² as well as a gymnasium with solar heating of 4.65 meters. Vehicles may be parked within the enclosure. Domestic animals are not allowed. Arrivals and departures always take place on Fridays and Saturdays. Distribution of the house: comfortable kitchen in the tower with open chimney and exit to 8m² private terrace as well as the garden. Single bedroom with double bed and mattresses. 2. Bedroom with high bed. Small and comfortable bathroom with shower and window. Well cared for garden of 3000m² with swimming pool heated by the sun, outdoor seating and pavilion. There are 130 rose bushes, lavender and different types of plants from bivouacs and shrubs, cabbages and different fruit trees like figs or plums. If desired: sheets 10 € per person and towels 5 € per person. The proprietor requires a 30% deposit through bank transfer after confirmation of the reservation. The remaining 70% is paid upon arrival. If there are less than 10 days between the reservation and the arrival date, the entire amount is paid at check-in.
